Foxinex Solutions (SSM No. 202603252833, LA0093546-P) is a sole proprietorship at U1903 Kampung Gersik Lama, 87000 Labuan, W.P. Labuan, Malaysia. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and the project details you write.
- WhatsApp and email: your name, phone number or email address, and the messages you send us.
- Client work: any data you share with us during a project is handled under that project's agreement.
This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page visits and measure loading speed; they work without cookies and don't identify individual visitors.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a scoping call.
- To provide services you engage us for, and to invoice and keep business records.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data or add you to marketing lists.
Services that handle data for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Vercel hosts this website, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) and provides our anonymous visit and speed statistics.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages if you choose to contact us there.
Some of these providers process data outside Malaysia. We use them only to run this website and communicate with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client and billing records are kept for as long as Malaysian law requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us processing it. Email nuh@foxinexsolutions.com and we will respond within 21 days.
Keeping it safe
This website is served over HTTPS, and only the people working on your enquiry or project can access your details.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
